How long does it take for my order to arrive at me?

Once processed it will take 3-5 business days to receive your tea based on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Generally orders take 7-10 business days to process before they're shipped from Life Cycle Teas. We process and package all of our products from our warehouse, therefore we appreciate your patience in receiving quality herbs. Please note, once each order is placed a tracking number will automatically be sent to your email once shipped. Please check your spam folder if for any case our tracking number did not appear in your inbox. We do not ship on holidays therefore shipping times will vary during these times. During the holiday season, especially Black Friday weekend orders can take anywhere from 20 business days for your order to ship.

How do I track my package?

1. Email: Tracking numbers are sent automatically via email. Check your spam or junk folder, and add us to your priority inbox so our emails don't get misdirected.

2. Account: You may also track your package here on the site when logged into your account.

What's the cost of shipping?

To ensure you're paying the most cost effective price, shipping is calculated depending upon weight and location. Enter in your information at checkout to see the exact cost. 



What should I do if my package arrived damaged?

Although we take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely undamaged, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. Once the package has been updated and shipping, risk of damages or loss of the item passes to the shipping carrier. Life Cycle Teas does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered”.
If this occurs, (prior to receiving a replacement) you must submit a claim with the carrier.

Are there reoccuring charges after one purchase?

No, you will only be charged one time at checkout

I did not receive my purchase, what should I do?

Life Cycle Tea's guarantees the delivery of each product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, or delivery information, we shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund.  If all shipping information is correct please contact us at lifecycleteas@gmail.com and we will track your package & troubleshoot the error.

My items are out of stock, what should I do?

If an item is out-of-stock, please allow for up to 15days for an item to be available again. Once it comes back you can place an order for the herbs of your choosing. Please note, if you purchase multiple items all in-stock items will ship first, we will not place a hold on your shipment of herbs. The remaining will be shipped free of charge once available and an email with tracking will be sent to you.
