Cancellation & Return Policy

    • At this time due to consumable products being purchased we are not extending any refunds nor exchanges to the redistribution of this product, due to safety reasons. 
    • If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation notice within 24 hrs. to lifecycleteas@gmail.com before your order has shipped. We try to ship immediately.
    • We can cancel your order if it hasn't shipped from our warehouse. If your order has already begun its journey to your location, it will need to be refused by you in order to come back to us. Once the package has arrived back to us in an unopened condition, only then will a refund be credited to the card on file at the time of purchase.
    • Life Cycle Teas guarantees the delivery of each product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, or delivery information, we shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund.
    • Life Cycle Teas does not promise or guarantee any specific result or effect from using our natural herbs. Life Cycle Teas is obligated to ensure the product is safe and meets the satisfactory conditions up until the point of delivery.
